Cleaning Your Jewellery
Diamonds and Precious Stones | Soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap or our specialised cleaning solution for 15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a lint-free cloth.
Gold and Platinum | Use a jewellery polishing cloth or wash with warm, soapy water or our specialised cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive materials that can scratch the surface.
Pearls | Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth after each wear. Never soak pearls.
Regular Maintenance
Professional Inspections | Bring your jewellery to us every six to 12 months for a free inspection. We will check for loose stones, worn settings, or signs of damage.
Rhodium Plating for White Gold | White gold jewellery can gradually lose its bright, mirror-like finish over time.
As part of our Lifetime Diamond Guarantee, we offer complimentary rhodium plating once per year to keep your pieces looking their best.
For customers not covered under our guarantee, rhodium plating is available at $90 per item.
Re-Stringing Pearls | Have pearl necklaces or bracelets re-strung every 1-2 years, especially if worn frequently, to ensure durability and security.
Special Considerations
Avoid Heat and Sunlight | Prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight can fade gemstones and damage certain materials.
