Head of Operations | Simon specialises in turning jewellery ideas into reality. Using our advanced CAD program, Counter Sketch, he creates custom designs and 3D prints, giving customers the chance to see and try their pieces before making a decision.

Simon’s connection to jewellery runs deep—it all started when he was just 12, helping out with watch battery replacements. After honing his skills overseas, he came back to join the business full-time in 2009. With 14 years of experience, Simon’s enthusiasm for creating beautiful jewellery hasn’t wavered.

Founder & Co-Owner | Greg has spent over 40 years in the jewellery industry, building a wealth of knowledge and experience. Together with his wife Carolyn, he took a small jewellery store and grew it into the largest privately-owned jewellery business in Mackay.

Over the years, Greg has built strong relationships with customers, often helping the next generation of families who have shopped with the store since it opened in 1984.
