I was custom designing an engagement ring, & they were not only the only ones that seemed to be interested in helping us find something that we wanted & would look nice; everyone in the shop was friendlier & more helpful than other shops as well. That, plus Simon was the quickest person to respond to emails out of all the designers I spoke to.They accommodated last minute changes to small details & let me see the mould & stones at each step of the way. Oh & they were also cheaper than most of the shops further south. The result was perfect & my now fiancée has had multiple people say it’s one of the nicest rings they’ve seen.
